TEAM BLUE’s ceramic coating is intended for new or late model vehicles with excellent paint condition that only require clay bar treatment prior to application of ceramic coating.
TEAM BLUE’s ceramic coating using ceramic-technology, can be described as providing an additional layer of clear coat to your paint, only a lot harder, with a lot more shine, and a lot slicker and smoother. The ceramic coating is also applied to exterior vehicle glass and plastic surfaces.
This harder and slicker surface significantly prevents environmental contaminants such as: bird droppings, bugs, dirt, tar and alike from bonding to the surface. The slick coated surface won’t allow dirt, brake dust and tar to stick to your paint, wheels or glass.
The ceramic coating will not stop scratches. However, the ceramic coating will provide an additional hard layer of protection before scratches can reach the clear coat.
The ceramic coating does provide paint fade protection due to UV or age.
Once cured, the ceramic coating can only be removed through abrasion like wet sanding. This puts TEAM BLUE’s ceramic coating in a class above typical sealants or waxes that can degrade more quickly.
